Terms & Conditions for WELL Community Membership

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the WELL Community, a service provided by Equip4Life Pty Ltd. By registering for WELL, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

 

1. Overview of Services

WELL is an online education-based membership program that offers weekly live and recorded group sessions delivered by qualified health professionals (e.g., Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists). Content includes health education, weight loss strategies, recipes, Q&As, product swaps, and more.

 

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. WELL is suitable for those seeking general weight loss and wellbeing support. WELL is not a medical service and is not suitable for individuals with complex clinical needs without consultation with their healthcare provider.

 

3. Free Trial & Subscription

  • New users may access a 14-day free trial, which includes one or more WELL sessions.
  • To continue after the trial, members must subscribe at the selected rate ($4.99/week as a Founder Member offer, or $6.99/week standard).
  • Your subscription will continue on a rolling basis until cancelled by you.

 

4. Billing & Payment

  • Payments are processed using secure payment gateway Stripe, via our platform (Kajabi).
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring weekly charges to your nominated payment method.
  • If a payment fails, access to WELL may be suspended until payment is successful.

 

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your member portal.
  • There are no lock-in contracts.
  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Equip4Life Pty Ltd.
  • You will retain access to WELL until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

 

6. Session Access & Expiry

  • Weekly sessions are live, and recordings are available for 7 days only.
  • Access is limited to registered paying members.
  • Sharing login details or session links is prohibited.

 

7. Health Disclaimer

  • WELL provides general health education and lifestyle advice only.
  • It does not replace individual medical, dietary, or psychological advice.
  • Always consult your healthcare provider before making significant lifestyle or dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medications.

 

8. User Conduct

  • Members are expected to engage respectfully.
  • Any abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the WELL Community without refund.
  • Spam, solicitation, or promotion of other products/services is not permitted in WELL sessions or community spaces.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content delivered as part of WELL, including videos, slides, recipes, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Equip4Life Pty Ltd.
  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

 

10. Modifications to Services

  • We may update, enhance, or discontinue certain WELL features to improve our services.
  • Pricing or structure changes will be communicated with at least 14 days’ notice to all active members.
