The free Life! Program makes adopting healthy behaviours a simple and inspiring process for workplaces. It starts with a one-on-one session with each staff member to understand their individual health risks and goals. Then the group sessions kick off with each session covering a variety of evidence-based topics, including healthy eating, proven exercise strategies, losing weight and keeping it off, stress management and improving sleep.

For a more individually tailored approach, our exercise physiologists and dietitians provide individually customised approaches including health assessments and lifestyle prescription programs for staff. We apply proven strategies, including nutritional modification, functional exercise prescription, and goal setting to achieve a healthier workforce. These programs target each worker’s unique needs as well as your goals as an organisation. Deciding to improve your health and wellness is a great goal at any age. And participating in a group program is a wonderful way to achieve it. Our qualified exercise physiologists and dieticians work with local community groups, clubs and retirement villages to help people live more active and fulfilled lives.

It’s easy to kick-start your new life with our free government-funded, group health and wellness program. The Life! Program makes changing your lifestyle a simple and motivating process for groups of any age or ability. It starts with a one-on-one session with one of our health experts, so we can understand your individual health risks and goals. This leads into 5 group sessions over 6 months that teach you all about healthy eating, physical activity, reducing stress, improving sleep and preventing chronic disease through proven lifestyle modification strategies.

If you feel tired, overweight or worried about an injury or chronic condition, it might be time to look at your lifestyle habits.

Our accredited exercise physiologists and dietitians offer one-one-one consultations with individuals in our private practice locations. We offer bulk billing for any Medicare, DVA, TAC or Workcover referrals, and subsidised consults for most health insurers. Consult with your GP to see if you qualify for a referral to access free sessions with our health professionals.

What is the Life! Program?

The Life! Program is a free health and wellbeing program funded by the Victorian Government. The course runs for 6 sessions and is delivered to community groups or workplaces by qualified exercise physiologists and dieticians who help you to set goals and develop healthy lifestyle habits. It’s a free and easy way to turn your life around!

The Life! Program is flexible

The Life! Program can be tailored to suit the availability and needs of each group.
A typical program may look like this:

Week 1: Individual consultations
Week 3: Session 1 (90 minutes)
Week 5: Session 2 (90 minutes)
Week 7: Session 3 (90 minutes)
Week 9: Session 4 (90 minutes)
Week 24: Session 5 (90 minutes)

The program can be tailored to suit a workplace setting, with an alternative program delivery structure available incorporating 45-minute group sessions to fit into your workplace lunch hour or convenient times.

Our Healthy Lifestyle and Wellbeing Seminar is delivered ONLINE via your choice of platform (ZOOM, MS Teams, or others of your choosing) is the best way to get a quick understanding of what health and wellbeing is all about. We can host an online seminar at your workplace, community centre, seniors club or retirement village without having to go anywhere or do anything. All you need to do is book us in. And best of all it’s free!

The free 30-minute seminar is delivered to workplaces by one of our qualified health practitioners. By the end of the session you’ll know so much more about how to live an active, healthy life.
